Want to advance your sailing skills? Join Windward SeaVenture's race team to experience competitive sailing. Our 30+ years of racing expertise lets us teach sailors at every level to excel as well as grow together.
A beginner or skilled racer can join our weekly Rum Races which combine learning or competition. You'll connect with expert racers, learn fresh methods and become part of Clear Lake's active sailing group.

I am so happy I found Windward SeaVenture! Learning to sail has been an incredible experience thanks to this amazing group. I took my ASA 101 with Windward and, after completing the course, I immediately signed up for practice sails and more courses. In the past few months, I have taken ASA 101, 103/104, 114, & 118 all with Windward. All of the instructors have been incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share their expertise to keep you wanting to get back on the water. Through the amazing staff and connections I’ve made sailing, I have participated in charters and races as a crew member, all on boats in the Windward SeaVenture fleet. Windward has become my home away from home and has encouraged my new passion and love for sailing. Thank you!
